"Wow” it is so difficult to put into words how this program has skilled me. I have learned so much about myself dealing with baggage and emotions and how to incorporate this into my workplace. ‘’(T.J. Participant)

‘’This program has been such a blessing and much needed intervention, and I have personally experienced the positive change of my staff who has attended the Montrose Foundation Caregiver program over the years. ‘’ (Ilse Koen: Supervisor in the Somerset and Khayelitsha District)

“All social workers should attend this program, we empower other people and forget about ourselves. We reject our feelings, families, happiness and self-worth. I have learned, laughed and cried which I don’t get to do outside my house.’’ (D.P. Participant)
