Elizabeth has played an active role in her community for over 35 years, offering counselling to abuse-related matters. Elizabeth served as a Life line counsellor for 18 years and completed a Master Training course in HIV /Aids. After serving 5 years as a Mayoral Committee Member in the City of Cape Town, she joined Montrose Foundation in 2012 as Program Head. 

Eddie joined Montrose Foundation in 2020 after his retirement as a Priest. He brings a wealth of experience having worked in a disadvantaged community for almost 40 years and understands the plight of poverty, youth challenges and gangsterism. His role as mediator between gang rivalries, offers him the skills and insight of dealing with the challenges faced by the youth within the communities. He fills the void of absent fathers experienced by youth and adults.
